Week 1: Willowbrook Park
Welcome walk and interactive nature scavenger hunt to introduce basic observation skills and group bonding.

Week 2: High Rock Park
Learn tree identification techniques and practice grounding exercises among Staten Island's oldest forest areas.

Week 3: Clove Lakes Park
Experience a meditative sound walk and basic birdwatching by the picturesque lakes and woodland areas.

Week 4: Conference House Park
Gentle stretching sessions and coastal mindfulness practices along Staten Island's southern shoreline.

Week 5: Greenbelt Nature Center
Discover the fascinating world of insects and their habitats in Staten Island's largest forest preserve.

Week 6: Snug Harbor Cultural Center
Culminate our journey with a reflection walk and celebration circle in these beautiful botanical gardens.
What To Expect Each Week

Welcome Circle
Begin with greetings and a brief mindfulness exercise to center ourselves

We rotate between Staten Island's most beautiful parks, with detailed directions sent before each session
Investment
$100 per session | $600 + tax for 6 weeks
